Long hours. Many satellite offices resulted in poor company structure.

Thank you for your note. We are sorry that you have left the organization but wish you the best. We do think we have some really interesting projects and some exceptional talent at CHA. That said, we do understand that from time to time, the workload can be challenging. Our job is to ensure that trend isn't endless and that our managers are working to address those issues as they arise. We will continue to stay focused on this so others don't feel as you did.

CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

Cons

Not much to say here. I honestly enjoy my job.

Pros

Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

Cons

-Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
