Pros

This company is rapidly expanding. This can leads to a lot of potential opportunities within the company. The work environment varies drastically withing offices and work groups.

Cons

The work environment is competitive as with most consulting companies. Work loads are not evenly shared withing all groups, so opportunities could be limited. Be sure to inquire about specific turn over rates within your group.

Pros

Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

Cons

-Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
