Good work environment - QA Analyst CHA Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback and positive review. We agree, our employees are simply the best - they are not only professional but positive, supportive and encouraging. It is a point of pride at CHA, our wonderful staff. And our benefits are getting better every year. We've managed to hold benefit premiums flat for an amazing six years. This year in response to our employees, we addd a PPO hybrid as a benefits coverage option. I hear you about PTO. Coming out of the pandemic, now more than ever our employees want more flexibiity and more time to balance work with their personal lives and interests. Recently we updated our PTO benefit, which resulted in hundreds of employees getting more time, and even more employees will increase thier annual PTO allotment quicker. As for professional development, CHA has added a new leadership program this year and will be launching a rotational program in the coming months. Of course there is more to do and we are excited to offer even more development opportunities in the future.
