      Pros

      CHA has a lot of potential in project growth and relational growth with its clients. It’s nice to work in an environment that is looking to grow both in doing bigger and more interesting projects but also in investing new technology and approaches to work.

      Cons

      Both upper and mid level management struggle at times to really make the working bee level employee feel valued.

      I couldn't agree with you more! Employees are at the center of our success. Engaged staff = elated clients, everyday all day. Our leaders, are working leaders and admittedly sometimes lose that sharp focus needed to ensure everyone feels engaged.       CHA is a great company to work for, I been with them for almost 8 years and can say without a doubt this is the best company I've ever worked for. They value their employees and trrat everyone with respect.

      Seeing a pattern of addressing only the pros and rarely having any accountibiloty to comments in Cons section, Pros will not be listed here.

      Cons

      -Hyper critical work culture to point that compromises employee personal and office morale -Almost no field support and field between on-site field team is almost impossible -Field supervisors are spread very thin in responsibility which causes the above issues -Employee personal dislikes are apparent on teams which lead to discordant team dynamics. Ex. Team member will laugh and joke with some team members, but other get professional, but near frigid responses. -Favoritism is rampant creating a less than ideal work environment.
