Good mission, terrible execution - Centralized Service Specialist CHAS Health Employee Review

Business practices are 15 years out of date. Each clinic operates as its own little island with not central direction. Processes are needlessly complicated leading to errors and poor customer service. They treat employees like children a lot of times. Communication from the top is non-existent. They use software that was out of date ten years ago. There is no accountability, yet immense pressure.
