Pros

Good salaries, bonuses and terrific benefits including HSA, free health insurance for employee if you participate in the wellness program, several weeks of vacation right away. Snacks delivered frequently to clinics. Computer systems work well, technology/EMR works. Typical schedule is four 10-hour days, most people like this. Typically cheerful employees. Pharmacies on site at most clinics, pharmacists are wonderful and helpful.

Cons

Grueling schedule, can be 20 patients a day, you run between patients and eat lunch at your desk. Poor communication with anyone above the direct clinic you work in, and sometimes poor with clinic administrators as well. Primarily underserved population, can have many complicated hospital discharges and homeless/drug addicted/mentally ill patients. Colleagues willing to lend support but often too busy to help much. People can be fired with little explanation. Inbox workload can be crushing. Very "woke" environment, if you are conservative you had better keep your mouth shut.
