The benefits are great and 6 weeks of PTO yearly can’t be beat! Opportunities for advancement in the company even without a degree. I truly felt like we made a difference in members of the communities lives.
Cons
Nepotism. There is no accountability or rewards for work ethic. All sorts of accommodations are made for certain people but not to others. Workplace safety could be made a bigger priority.
