Pros
I loved working for this company as a whole and appreciaited the perks and everytihign they give. My personal supervisor was compltely unprofessional and petty which was frustrating. She even lied to her supervisor to get me fired and when I proved it to the higher up people, they didn't apologize or reprimand this individual. My supervisor would take crap about everyone behind their back and then be completely nice and friendly to their faces. She would create drama and act like a child over petty things instead of being an example for the rest of what was appropriate work behavior. All in all I was so bummed to be let go from the company and was trying to transfer to a different location before she got a chance to have me fired. unfortunate to say the least.
Cons
No accountability for supervisors; mandatory bi-monthly in-person staff meetings early in the mornings, often on days you may not even be scheduled to work; maximum 30 min lunchs even for a 10 hour shift.
