Pros

Being an APM is incredibly challenging and sometimes impossible. The company pays well and has great benefits as well as room for advancement but the stress level and hours create a high level of turnover. The company is trying to improve the culture but they are not willing to invest the necessary capital to do so. Our assets and plants are aging and downright embarrassing but the company is slow to adapt

Cons

stress level, hours, working Saturdays, horrible onboarding program, almost zero training

Pros

Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

Cons

The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.
