      Pros

      Most people from the bottom to (some) manager levels make it worth coming to work. The fast pace can be good at times for challenges and learning.

      Cons

      There often seems to be a disconnect between the office and the field as well as in the office environment at times; especially at the Director and above level. Much lip service. There are often competing yearly objectives. Leadership claims to want to remove barriers, but you have to be extremely concerned about being PC, falling in line with the hierarchy all the time.

      Pros

      Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

      I was able to submit an application which I was not considered for employment I would have been able to perform this job well Thanks

      On most of your videos there are male speakers , not one woman on any video i've seen from your company
