Pros

Well paid, compared to similar industry, but decreasing during last few years.

Cons

Ongoing management changes with persons employed from external companies. No promotion of existing, long term employees. Ongoing chaos in decisions and directions, no stability and company vision , only short term max. 1 year targets, No respect to own people, mobbing, extremely poor role low performance of HR ( only negative influence creating additional frustrations). Gain some experience and leave asap !

Pros

Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

Cons

The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

Pros

Amazing people, and benefits. I’ve had some really strong leaders at this company that have helped me grow. This is a fast paced environment.

Cons

High level leadership sometimes does not communicate the long term vision well. Getting pulled in different directions.
