Pros

CHEP is an ever changing, dynamic company to work for. The customer and industry focus is high and like most developing companies their are technological, social and financial strains. The company is strategically aligned with the future market trends and will continue to deliver to shareholders, communities and staff. They remunerate and reward well for staff that put in the hard yards.

Cons

Internal process and admin prohibiting action on client side activity is frustrating. lack of customer centricity, when problems arise this becomes a departmental blame game till it hits someones desk that understands the commercial impact of getting it right.

Pros

Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

Cons

The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

Pros

Amazing people, and benefits. I’ve had some really strong leaders at this company that have helped me grow. This is a fast paced environment.

Cons

High level leadership sometimes does not communicate the long term vision well. Getting pulled in different directions.
