Pros
CHEP are a good company with many benefits but their culture goals aren't passed down through the chain, the good culture is prevalent in some teams and not others. It's not consistent messaging... the company morals, culture should be followed regardless of your team/job role or manager. There is a lot of negativity and high turnover of staff, always recruiting for sales, warehouse, account management and field employees. People who are long serving members stay for good if their face fits. everyone else gets churned out. Positive of this, always jobs going if you want to progress.
Cons
Lack of training Poor management Contradictory messaging Onboarding process is good then after those initial weeks you are expected to know everything and left alone to carry on. Your face has to fit High turnover of staff Can be intimidating if you are new No work/life balance no understanding if you have an unavoidable life issue that affects work. Red tape and lack of communication
