      Pros

      Employees have discounts at numerous retailers. It is relatively easy to change departments.

      Cons

      Very little is done to maintain positive atmosphere at work. People are simply rude and mean - keep gossiping and badmouthing other employees. Management prefer to play computer games rather than do actual work. They do not care about employees and theydo not really know how to manage their teams efficiently. HR lives in their own world and do not see a problem with it. Company will most probably outsource all the services that could be outsourced. Just like everywhere, it is always all about money but no one even cares to hide it. Company strives to be a great place to work but reality proves otherwise.

      Pros

      Provided unlimited safety equipment, ie gloves, ear plugs etc and new boots every year. They have a good benefits package with good health insurance. They work with you when situations come up. They'll give you opportunities for advancement. They literally bend over backwards for you. If you can't make it there, you need to do a little self reflection.

      Cons

      The only one I can think of is what happened to us. They'll sell out to a 3rd party company and your out of a job.

      I was able to submit an application which I was not considered for employment I would have been able to perform this job well Thanks

      On most of your videos there are male speakers , not one woman on any video i've seen from your company
