Pros
They really try to live by their core values and put them into practice everyday. The people for the most part are great, and considering the work you do they try to make the environment fun. You can easily speak with the executives which is great, and they are willing to help. The benefits are good, and the training program they put you through is helpful and prepares you well.
Cons
There are a lot of different opinions of the 'right' way to do something so can be very difficult to determine what path to take at times. The quotas they have in place are a bit unrealistic, and as a new person you will have very high pressure and expectations on you. I feel as though there is a bit of a blind sheep mentality, were at times if you question a method you will be looked at as not being as coachable. They will tell you over and over again about the culture, it is something you will hear constantly which can be a bit much at times.. From my experience it does not matter how hard you work, if you are not meeting your quotas you will be very aware of how your manager feels. I would not recommend to family or friends. Can be very cut throat depending on what team you are on, as well as going through lots of meetings that can deter away from the time you will spend on the phones.
