Pros
The only nice thing about the company was Volunteer Time Off they offer to help get back into the community.
Cons
The culture is all a show. Being in sales you do not have time to play games in the game room or hit the gym. There are no time for breaks and are asked to work through your lunch usually. To top it off they talk about how we look out for the best interest of the physicians and the facilities but when push comes to shove when you have a bad doctor that should not be cutting open patients and it's a bad fit on both sides they won't pull the doctor and put patients at risk. I do not see how you can sleep at night knowing that. Not to mention they lied about the income by significant figures. All they care about is pushing people into bad situations and making sure productivity is high. There is something seriously wrong with a company that has such a high turnover and has to have new hire classes every other week of 50 employees but only really grows 100 employees over the year. They offer great PTO but frown upon it if you actually use it.
