Although CHG prides themselves on their Core Values (Putting People First, Growth, Integrity and Ethics and Professionalism and Continuous Improvement) and their Free To Be Me attitude, they are missing the mark on something I've noticed a lot in my last year here. There seems to be some unethical things taking place with Management and what they are able to do when it comes to write ups and disciplinary action. I also have noticed some people are protected depending on nepotism. Lastly, I don't think VPs are flowing issues/feedback up to the execs.
