I am amazed this company keeps getting more worried about the bottom dollar. Yes, they can train people but in all honesty if you come with sales experience you should look to a different company. If you want a stepping stone and are young then could be a great start.
Yes, the kook aid if you can choke it down is all about a marketing concept that putting people first (which they DO NOT) is going to mean you as in any corporation are a yes person. They will promote leaders who are not true leaders and as long as you love meetings that have nothing to do with helping and putting people first you will be good. I personally dislike wasting my time and for a company who does care about the bottom dollar in more than one situation I have seen it they are a corporation. I don't feel they understand a lot of what actually it takes to be in sales there. The nurses at the free clinic even state how stressful they see the position. Yet when management knows we are stressed they keep piling it on. I have heard more than one person state they are afraid of losing their job because they don't make enough calls or don't put on revenue.
