Pros
Central location in salt lake valley. Plenty of amenities. Competitive pay for new employees. Decent benefits.
Cons
Does not enforce putting people first. Has created a culture that appeals to most people but at the end of the day is still a business. A very lucrative business that has lost sight that it’s most valuable assets are the people who drive the business. The culture has shifted in the last three years from a tight community to a large cooperation. In my time I saw 14 out of 37 reps I worked placed on performance plans and eventually terminated from their positions. I was placed on a plan myself a month before my wedding and had little communication whether or not I would have a job when I returned from getting married. Very poor leadership and communication. Very negative experience for me. I spent three years there and only stayed for the money. It’s hard to compete with their wages for someone without a degree or even with one. But it is very stressful job and you won’t feel looked after.
