Working at CHG is very much a drink the kool aid type experience, great at first you're in it, you love it, the events and perks of the job are awesome, until you've been there a minute and you realize its a facade to put out an image and generate social media brag. The company has a very big open front door, lots of hiring and new faces all the time. What you dont realize is the dark, hidden large back door as well. People are chewed through and turnover is high. The office politics are backstabby. Everything is about perception, so the saying "dont judge prematurely" doesnt apply so make sure your image is on point. Old outdated processes are slow to change and the managers actively push back against process and efficiency improvements.
You'll hear the saying "free to be me at CHG" dont fall for it. You arent free. You're only free if you fall within their bubble. Dont be too unique.
