Unfortunately CHG has taken a stance on vaccinations with COVID. They did not fire anybody who made the choice to not get the vaccine; however have come out with a policy that is very segregating. They say that you have a choice and they will not force you to take it; however if you do not - you get hit with $100 more in premiums per month with your benefits plan, not allowed in the office, travel for the company, or attend any company sponsored events. If you have an amazing year and hit the metrics needed to make Presidents Club - you will not be allowed to go, nor will you be compensated any travel vouchers or compensation. Until these policies are changed, in my opinion, this is not an equitable company to work for if you have made the choice to forego the covid vaccine. I am hoping for change but am doubtful after every conversation I have with leadership about the subject.
