Pros

The medical team and support crew are awesome people!!! I love my job for the young people I care for. But, the people I work along side by side are the most caring and compassionate group. These people are the ones that make CHOC what it is today.

Cons

EMT's sure like to toot their own horn by giving themselves high rating. ARE YOU KIDDING!. This current CEO followed the same footsteps of the previous CEO. Pay BIG $$$ for a consulting firm to tell them how cut cost. Second round of lay-offs, then busy season comes and here comes OVERTIME pay. WOW big savings!!! And for a nonprofit organize, how does CEO make 1.8 million yearly when the budget is in the red!!! Too many EMTs that are paid big money, never see the patients or the people that provide superior care & service.

Lack of resources (RN’s typically have to wear many hats, such as case manager, patient sitter, etc.)
