      Healthcare and PTO benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Leader is not up to date on doctoring profession’s role. Therapists are paid hourly even if senior. Leader frown on FMLA, PTO and patient rescheduling even for valid reason.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
