      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits, nice to have connections within healthcare

      Cons

      Zero work/life balance. They will send you home sick and even with a doctor's excuse find a reason to write you up. C Suite doesn't have a clue who they employ, experience and loyalty mean nothing. It will keep the bills paid but your family won't even know you and your soul will die a little every time you walk in.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
