      The staff are truly amazing to work with. So efficient and talented.

      The pay is not very great as it is locked behind shift differentials. So your schedule will be all over the place with no real consistency.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
