      Flexibility, Teamwork, Open door policy. If there is an emergency, there is no issue with me taking care of it and making it up afterwords.

      Cons

      I feel like the little events and spirit weeks they do is to make up for how little the pay is for supporting positions.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
