      Can have opportunity to transfer to other departments or locations.

      Cons

      They are very driven by money which means you won't get paid alot They will close down locations but spend multi million dollars to improve other locations. Horrible severance package options

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
