      Flexible schedule, the idea of their mission statement is good

      Cons

      They only promote their friends..a lot of discrimination, pfs is looked down upon as trash, when they bring in the money. No respect from management at all..a lot of office politics run this place...this place is Christian in name only

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
