Pros
Nice Christmas Party, fed us rich, fattening food every meeting or opportunity. CEO was probably great, some at and near the top are enjoying the ride.( which since I have been in management means to me is-- there is no ride, everyone keeps pedaling.) Diverse ongoing and on steroids; certainly a Pro for many working there.
Cons
Extreme disorganization in what should have been a smooth operation. Management and Upper management did not make decisions based on fact, credentials,performance; was on a good old boy buddy or cousin system. Some at and near the top had and continued to step on and over others to get there with no intention of lending a hand up. Some coworkers were allowed to follow a totally different set of rules due to their relationship with the manager. Engaged in reverse discrimination against white American female and male. This was the worst in my 20 years of being a Nurse.
