      Nothing good can say about it

      Cons

      Managers are very unfair on their hiring system. They never review the experience and background very good. They just hire someone who they knew from their past employment. The new person did not have much experience at all and became the lead. They never care on their employees' feeling.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
