Probably one of my worst experiences ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone with a heart or moral. They do not stand up to their Christian values at all. The management team is unprofessional and lacks personality training. The office moral is very low. Employee's option and feelings do not matter. Management get away with just about anything including harassment and antagonizing their staff. you are forced to use your PTO to cover your holiday pay and if you are out you are not paid and reprimanded. They have no grace period and the attendance policy does not take into account the Texas traffic.
