      There are many opportunities to learn and become familiar with the industry.

      Cons

      The leadership does not always uphold the core values, and is often corrupt in their day to day activities. Individuals are promoted by personal selection, and based on personal relationships not professional accomplishments.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
