If want to work in government-like environment where you don't have to participate in decisions nor need to go through changes or innovation this is the place for you especially if you are scared of new technology, hate challeges and fast paced environment this is your shot.
Cons
Since you don't have any say-so just follow the rules and keep your mouth shut, if you are minority you are kept for total physical labor since slavery is still welcomed. If you have degree, are motivated and have ideas they want you out of the door. They want to take naps and you cannot disturb them whoever tries is history, only slaves are welcomed no leaders since leadership is there for over quarter century.
