      Pay is ok but not great

      Cons

      Very sneaky . Promotions based on who you know. Everyone is the VP of something , some with no direct reports . PTO looks good on paper but they won’t let you use it and won’t pay it out at the end of the year if you don’t use it . Upper management will make promises they never intend to keep

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
