      Inadequate resources to meet the needs/expectations Leaders cover front line shift needs on short notice Personal time is not honored/constant calls at all hours Money/Politics are prized over staff and patient safety in some key Executive/Regional roles Leaders in Executive roles who have never directly worked with patients

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
