      Pros

      Direct care staff is dedicated and committed to excellent patient care. Hospital is generally clean and well-cared for. The cafeteria food is quite good.

      Cons

      Constantly playing catch-up with competition. Unable to set its own course due to organizational inertia which cowers management. Working there became more crisis management on a daily basis.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
