      whatever pros they may have are all negated by the corporate culture and hypocrisy

      Cons

      The organization is rotten to the core. Throw all the leadership (director and above) out and start over. One of the absolute worst things was to add a layer of regional leadership between facility and corporate . Impossible to keep both happy at the sane time. Hard to hit goals when the goalposts are constantly in motion. They pay less than you’re worth, because Jesus.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
