Its a job and it barely pays the bills
Cons
Leadership does not care what happens to the patients or employeeds. Have all theses training classes but won't implement them. When patients rey to complain they are never called back or even told if they don't like the care go to a different hospital. Paid out 5 million dollars for fraud they are still doing so the budget for actual hospital needs are cut.
