      Pros

      I worked at a children’s hospital so that was the only Pro, was working with the kids.

      Cons

      Nurses quite literally BULLY anyone beneath them and gossip about everyone. I was only there for 4-5 months and had to quit because of the remarks nurses were making about me. I confronted the Nurses, they denied it. I went to management and they did nothing about it. If you want to work here stand your ground, if you can’t, this isn’t the place for you.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
