      Mission, not for profit care of those most in need. Compensation and benefits overall good. Many high quality and devoted care givers.

      Cons

      Extreme focus on finance at the expense of clinical quality. Neglecting domestic operations at the expense of international. Leadership seems short term focused and averse to risking investment in innovation for the future.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
