      it was a job and there insurance that they provided actually helped pay for vitro/fertilization when trying to get pregnant

      pay is horrible...management really didnt help with any situations....very unorganized company....benefits were okay

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
