      Paycheck on time, mostly. Great for learning patience, fortitude and finding workaround solutions to many, what should have been, established operational procedures.

      Cons

      Huge need for improved communication in setting priorities, maintaining strategy and sharing across all levels. Implementation of program changes, new systems, etc will benefit from improved planning and execution.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
