The company has a strong mission that is spoken about and visible on the walls. Coworkers are nice if they stay long enough for you to get to know them! Nice facility, environment friendly-great location in town.
Cons
With the current health care environment-CHRISTUS has the opportunity to be one of the few healthcare systems to survive and ride the storm. Sadly- upper level management is disoriented. The level of turnover is SHOCKING in this company. People are constantly looking to get out or are shown the door. Morale is low, information is kept behind close doors and they will hire everybody who applies. The company history that they share during new employee orientation makes you proud of being a part of the organization....but that fades quickly!
