      Pros

      I enjoyed working with the patients and being able to help calm them when a situation would arise. The office I worked in was very functional and every one worked well together.

      Cons

      My biggest challenge was the 12 hour shifts in the Emergency Room. It could become trying at certain times.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
