      The cleaning people are nice.

      Cons

      Low pay, boss is completely, completely useless. No one has your back. Upper management is no better. Whole hospital hates on RTs. Nope. Low pay. Manager does nothing to advocate for the department. RTs are treated like horribly by the entire place.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
