      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, treated each other like family. Company does good job preaching their Core Values and trying to live by them.

      Cons

      Low pay for certain career fields, management does not seem to care about more technical career fields they know nothing about or their needs, such as equipment, training, etc. They also will lay off employees without warning when cutbacks are directed by Corporate office.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
