      Staff work together and strive for excellent service to patients internal and external customers

      Acuity not used . Corporate enforcement to staff available by number of patients on unit not acuity. Benefits reduced in 5 years since hired. Human resources moved and no information provided to staff of how to reach them. Human resources sends out information of changes to matched savings plan but not implemented nor informing staff. information Human Resources information inadequate for staff to look up different stock choices, not designated by stock market name or numbers

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
