      Good values, people are kind, etc.

      Cons

      My entire job and most of the corporate office's jobs can be done from home but we've returned to office. Why? Because money has been put into a new corporate building that's not even complete yet. There is no reason for us to return to office.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
