      Pros

      Christus ST. Michaels is conveniently located within Texarkana. The campus itself is absolutely the nicest I have ever seen. The hospital is very clean and well maintained.

      Cons

      Rapid changes with corporate bureaucracy. This place is just not what it use to be. The cafeteria continues to decline.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
