      Nice working environment and nice team. Small hospital so you get to know pretty much everyone.

      Cons

      Some of the staff don't work as hard and difficult to work with, here I'm talking about a few nurses, PCAs and pharmacists.

      I love their mission statement, and most employees and leaders uphold to the standards. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Currently, we get a 2% raise each year.

      Pros

      Wonderful mission statement to extend healing of Jesus Christ. Beautiful people with amazing faith based associates to work with and work for. Awesome director within my department.

      Cons

      Senior leaders (above director level) were hostile. Dreaded coming into the office. Loved my co-workers at director and below level, however.
